wonderful hotel with incredibly nice and accommodating staff, right at cafes and wineries. favourable and easy location, trendy area. very easy to get from francisco sa carneiro airport, just 0.5 miles. reasonably large room with a queen bed instead of twin bed and very nice experience.
Not particularly friendly staff!

Actually, everything except some little things. The bar is great with a beautiful view, staff friendly and helpful.
The taxes and fees were not mentioned in advance. The day before we had to leavethe room was not made.

The view and the service were good. It was very modern and stylishly furnished. The staff was very accommodating
The pool was a bit small and could have been more maintained for this price range. There were small details that could be improved in the room such as the bathtub had loose parts and the silicone looks very worn out. No big problems but for 5 stars this could be improved.

Can't recommend highly enough for a lightning stop
Spacious room, excellent amenities, with a fantastic view from the rooftop restaurant where I enjoyed a good dinner overlooking the city skyline.
All was flawless.

price performance was okay. good room in a good hotel. I would not pay more than 100 euro/night. it has many stars but the chic-style is a little bit dull...

Business hotel with large rooms and all comforts. The roof terrace with bar and fantastic view over Porto
The location is a little away from the old town. However, with bus or taxi no problem.

Beautiful roof terrace, friendly staff
The hotel earns 3 stars at most, everything is quite old and worn. But clean. But there is no restaurant, the breakfast room is windowless and dreary, offer is good. Everything costs extra, even the use of the hotel's own indoor swimming pool. There is a free pool, which can only be used with a bathing cap. Like in the seventies. Also altogether the venue corresponds to this time, it is rather dirty. Lots of chlorine.

No complaint, enjoyed this place and can recommend. Fantastic hotel, breakfast each day was excellent and the location directly opposite a hop on hop off bus stop which is very handy was fantastic. Extremely great staff that liked their guests.
